Asbestos Exposure causes malignant mesothelioma cancer. See the story of mesothelioma cancer patients. The Mesothelioma Research Foundation of America has a mission: fund research that will lead to the quickest cure for mesothelioma. Mesothelioma is a cancer of the lining of the lungs caused by asbestos exposure. This cancer disease had few treatment options until this Foundation and Dr. Parkash Gill’s work created better treatment options. Today, the future looks more hopeful for additional improved treatment options available to those stricken by this cancer. Donate generously and help support cancer cure research.

Dana Reeve died of lung cancer on the 6th March 2006, just 17 months after her husband Christopher Reeve. On the 12th January 2006 Dana rearranged her chemotheraphy to be able to sing at Madison Square Garden for her friend Mark Messier at his retirement. He was a good friend of her and Chris’ and one of the first people to go and visit him in rehab after his accident. This is a re-edit of her performance that night, it includes lots of photos of her and Chris. The sound quality isn’t always perfect – but she appeared to have mic problems! :-DI think she was truely amazing! (A re-load of an old vid)
