I just found out last week my dad has cancer. I am a only child and my dads only family here. He is not a us resident and needs chemotherapy for his cancer. Does anyone know of anyplaces in Florida where I can get some type of help for him? I am a single mother with a full time job and cannot take off too much time from work so any advice will be very appriciated.
My boyfriend of six years just found out in July 2005 that he has pancrease cancer. He has already had chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Unfortuantly it did not work at all so the doctors tried a different form of chemo but that too failed as it made him so weak he couldn’t hardley get out of bed. If anyone has any suggestions that may help it would be appreciated.
My friend’s mother was diagnosed with cancer and will soon be undergoing chemotherapy. My friend, realizing that her mother was about to lose all of her hair, cut off her own lovely red hair to make a wig for her mother. Now she needs to find an affordable wigmaker who can fashion the hair into a wig. Can anyone help my friend, or know someone who can?
OK, I’m writing a story about a girl who gets leukemia. But I was wondering, does she have to stay in the hospital for the entire time she has cancer? I thought it depended on how sick you were, but I really have no clue. Help please? If you have any other info on leukemia, I’d greatly appreciate it. I think I have a pretty good grasp on what it is, and I think I understand how it is treated, but obviously, I’m not an expert! Thanks so much!
This really sucks cause my husband and I were planning to have our next baby about now when I got diagnosed with cancer. I am currently going for chemotherapy right now. After my chemo is done, how long is it recommended that I wait?
I have been losing a lot of hair, a lot means really a lot. it is not the normal number of common hair loss. I am afraid I have cancer or what…
I want to visit a close friend of mine, who’s taking care of her mother who’s battling cancer and going through massive chemotherapy side effects. What would be a good gift to bring the mother?

I took my 15 month old baby to the doctor and she got two shots. After her shots the doctor said that she shouldn’t be around anyone with cancer or who is taking chemotherapy. My mother-in-law is curently taking chemotherapy but she doesn’t have cancer she has lupus. I need to know if she can be around her or not and what will happen if she does go around her thanks.
