MGA Entertainment Inc. has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Mattel Inc., the latest volley in an ongoing dispute over MGA’s Bratz dolls. The case was filed in US District Court in Los Angeles and alleges unfair business practices and anticompetitive conduct. You can get lung cancer from asbestos because it puts fiber in the lungs and the body doesn’t know how to expel it. Wouldn’t the same logic be used for fiberglass insulation. When you install fiberglass into walls these tiny fibers break off and get into the air. If you breath in these fibers then the body can’t expel them. Glass does not break down and then it remains in your lungs forever.
